Cissone is a small, friendly
village in the Upper Langa on the hills above Dogliani.
The restaurant is hidden away at the end of the village square,
which looks our with a magnificent view over the Alps and
Mount Monviso.
The high brick ceilings, stone walls and open hearth give
this elegant country inn a particularly warm atmosphere.
Maria Piera prepares traditional Langa dishes from the highest
quality local produce, such as mushrooms, truffles during
the season and a vast selection of the local "tuma"
cheese throught-out the year.
The selection of the full and varied list of wines from the
most representative producers in the area is catered for personally
by Giuseppe, and meals can be rounded off perfectly with a
fine range of spirits and grappas.
Accomodation is also available in the inn's six bedrooms.
